Tell us what's broken. We'll handle the rest.
Submit a ticket from your phone in under a minute. Most non-emergency repairs are resolved within 2–5 business days. Emergencies get same-day response, day or night.
How it works
Four steps from broken to fixed.
The same workflow whether it's a leaky faucet or a broken furnace.
01
You submit a ticket
Sign in, describe the issue, attach photos if you can. Pick an urgency level honestly — it determines the response.
02
We acknowledge within 4 hours
A property manager reviews, dispatches a vetted contractor, and notifies you with the schedule.
03
Contractor arrives and fixes it
You'll see the contractor's name, photo, and ETA in your portal. They check in on arrival and post completion photos.
04
We follow up
A few days after, we ask if the fix held. If anything's off, we re-dispatch — no extra paperwork on your end.
Pick the right urgency
How urgent is it, really?
Marking everything as emergency slows down everyone's real emergencies. Use this guide.
Emergency
Burst pipe, no heat in winter, no electricity, locked out, fire / smoke, security risk
High priority
Refrigerator not working, slow water leak, AC out in summer, water heater out
Routine
Leaky faucet, broken outlet, squeaky door, minor paint touch-ups, dishwasher noise
Categories we handle
From plumbing to pests.
Anything not listed still goes through the same pipeline — categorize as “Other” and we'll route it.
Tips
Three things that get your repair done faster.
Add a photo
Even a quick phone shot saves a diagnostic visit and helps the contractor bring the right parts.
Grant access if you're out
Mark “Contractor may enter with notice” on the ticket. We'll text you 24 hours before anyone enters.
Pick the right urgency
Emergency = right now. High = next day. Routine = within the week. Honesty here keeps the system fair for everyone.
